Non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, are surrounded by a perfect fervor. Tron, Ethereum, Solana, and a number of other networks have created marketplaces for the sale of digitized art. This digital transformation has proven to be extremely advantageous to artists. Not only does this provide exposure for artists, but it also ensures that their work receives the attention it deserves.
The NFT wave has been ridden by a slew of actors, singers, athletes, and, most importantly, artists. Super Buddha, a Shanghai street artist, entered the ecosystem to bless the realm of NFTs. Super Buddha is originally from Shanghai, but he is a non-native Chinese artist who has also resided in Miami.
Many people adore Super Buddha, and he has even created artwork for well-known individuals such as Floyd Mayweather, the great boxer, musicians Tory Lanez and Swae Lee, and businessman Gianluca Vacchi. The list doesn’t stop there; Pope Francis joined the roster as well, as Super Buddha is considered one of the Pope’s primary artists. Many people want Super Buddha’s artwork because it is inspired by artists such as Takashi Murakami, Kaws, Basquiat, and others.
Super Buddha’s zeal may be traced back to his early days in Shanghai, where he was one of the region’s earliest graffiti artists see. This was back when graffiti had only recently infiltrated Chinese territory, leaving officials perplexed as to whether it was vandalism or simply art.
The artist has stated several times that the goal of his work is to bring awareness to consciousness while also bringing good fortune to everyone. As a result, Super Buddha chose to present his paintings on Uswap, Tron’s major NFT marketplace, in order to increase the visibility of his work in the crypto or NFT world.
Uswap, Tron’s own NFT marketplace, will be onboard Super Buddha
During this time last year, Uswap joined the Tron network. While it had already established itself as a major decentralized exchange, or DEX, the platform decided to take things a step further by launching an NFT marketplace.
The portal claims to be the Tron network’s first public NFT marketplace. Uswap claims to provide NFT-related services to people all over the world at a fraction of the price they would pay on the Ethereum network.
Tron has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to introducing new trends into its ecosystem. As a result, the Tron network chose to join in on the NFT frenzy exactly when it started. For a variety of reasons, NFT marketplaces developed on the Tron network would differ significantly from those built on the Ethereum network. The Tron blockchain was constructed in such a way that all transactions would be carried out in a cost-effective manner, which has been a huge issue for various people.
While the platform already has a number of collectibles by well-known artists from around the world, Super Buddha would be the most recent addition. Along with him, the work of Ferreristico, another well-known artist, can be found on Uswap.
